Another 360 Assessment Tool

If any of you are interested in another 360 format tool, try http://www.careerleader.com/ It offers a similar question format as RMS:  self + invitees as well as a detailed assessment that compares the self to the invitees.  It is a reasonably priced option if you are considering something for your spouse or a staff member.  Cost is $95, which gives you the assessment, plus 90 days access to the results research recommendations on the site.  Last year I used their assessment prior to enrolling at Villanova.  It was a good value.

Pronounce Firefox extension!

There is an amazingly powerful extension for Firefox called Pronounce that allows you to highlight a word, right click to bring up the contextual menu, and choose pronounce.  The audio then brings back exactly how to say it from Merriam Webster, so have your speakers on.
